Product & Safety
Questions about product safety, testing, and suitability for your child
- Stop using the product immediately
- Rinse the area with cool water
- Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer if needed
- Contact your pediatrician if the reaction is severe or doesn't improve
- Let us know: Contact our customer care team so we can investigate and help
- Choose a small, sensitive area (behind the ear or inner forearm)
- Apply a small amount (about the size of a pencil eraser)
- Cover loosely with a bandage if needed (optional)
- Wait 24 hours without washing the area
- Check for any redness, itching, bumps, or irritation
If no reaction occurs, the product should be safe for regular use. If you notice any irritation, discontinue use.

Usage & Age Suitability
How to use our products and choose the right ones for your child's age
Look for the age indicator on each product:
- 0+ (Newborn/Baby): Ultra-gentle, fragrance-free, minimal ingredients
- 3+ (Toddler): Tear-free options, fun textures, still very mild
- 6+ (Kids): Broader ingredient palette, longer-lasting formulas
These are guidelines based on typical skin development. Always consult your pediatrician for children with specific skin concerns.
Less is more with kids! Here are general guidelines:
- Cleanser: Pea-sized amount
- Lotion/Moisturizer: Nickel to quarter-sized amount per body area
- Sunscreen: About 1 ounce (a shot glass) for full body coverage; reapply every 2 hours
